SMUD was silent after we spoke

SSMA speakers put SMUD on notice that Michael Peevey, president of the CPUC, wrote to a VP at PG&E that “EMF etc.” causes pain for some people. SMUD was also notified about some of the types of liability and charges they risk from CONTINUED “maintenance and use” of the biologically experimental smart meter on private property.  Since Peevey and PG&E know, why should SMUD hold it back from the SMUD Customer Owners (you)?

SMUD was presented with a four point plan for immediate action:

         1.         Potential of Harm. Notify all SMUD Customer Owners and the public by providing “Full Factual Disclosure” about the biologically experimental smart meter that includes notice of the potential for biological harm through the many venues SMUD has.

         2.         Analog Meter Option. Notify all SMUD Customer Owners and the public that Analog meter is easily available through the many venues SMUD has.

         3.        End Extortion Fees.  End them now and eliminate any and all fees or rate penalties associated with the Analog meter or its billing.

         4.         We expect immediate and responsible action.  We suggest that you schedule this for discussion at the very next SMUD Board committee meeting open to the public and provide ample public notification.
